Professional Experience : In the year, 2013 Mr. Shivanand Chaudhary has started his career as a practicing professional by establishing a proprietorship firm M/s Chaudhary Shivanand & Associates, since then successfully managing it. Before entering into professional practices, Mr. Chaudhary was employed with an edible oil manufacturing company (M/s Shree Krishna Vanaspati Industries Private Limited) as Manager (Accounts & Finance) in New Delhi. Since the beginning of joining the Chartered Accountancy Course, Mr. Chaudhary was very keen and determined that he would be a practicing professional, and accordingly, after gaining adequate practical experience and exposure he moved towards professional practice, also completed various post qualification diploma/certification courses to upgrade his professional skill set.

Professional Experience : Core Competence & Industry specific experience 10 Years of experience in in the domain of Civil engineering, Urban planning where the worked involved different housing projects, commercial buildings, public building such as multi-level car parking etc. and preparation of various level plans such as local area plan, development plan, regional plan etc. Has developed technical understanding stages of construction projects and town planning projects at city level comprising of sectors such as waste management, transport planning, smart city development, socio- economic planning. Mr. sudhir kumar having rich experience in field of valuation of immovable properties. Since 2019 practicing as independent valuer for valuation of immovable properties for banks and IBC.
